In this blog our goal is to present our ideas, thoughts and techniques on how and what we treat, as well as an attempt to create discussion. Some of the content is geared toward dancers, soccer players and baseball players as this is what interests us most. Movement, in general, is interesting to us and developing proficient movement in order to help people feel better is our goal. We believe in life long learning and in this blog we present what we’ve learned, and what we continue to learn. You will find all of the articles we write under the Blog section. We hope to create a community with other clinicians that are dedicated to life long learning and build a platform to pose questions, share ideas, and offer a variety of different techniques/treatment approaches. At the bottom of this page you will also find other blogs we recommend reading, as well as other resources we enjoy. We’d also like to take a few sentences to thank the outstanding clinic and clinicians at Body Dynamics Inc. who helped begin us on our journey of lifelong learning. Working at this clinic has broadened our knowledge and foundation of physical therapy, exposing us to numerous theories and trains of thought that we might not have otherwise been exposed to. Through this exposure we have been able to develop and continually refine our own identities and methods of treating in order to be relevant to all of our clients.
